She is the 4th generation of Realtors in her family, including her late great-grandfather Ellwood New and late grandfather John Ehrhardt, both former presidents of Ellwood S New Realtors and her father, Chip Gildea, founding partner of Marron Gildea Realtors. Coming from a family of successful Realtors, with a reputation of honesty, integrity and proven results, has provided Kristin with a well-rounded, extensive exposure to the real estate industry.

A licensed Realtor since 2001 when she joined Marron Gildea, Kristin has consistently been of the firm's top producers. She has received numerous awards and designations and has been recognized for her excellence in many ways standing out among the top Realtors in Bergen County.

Kristin grew up locally in Saddle River, attended Wandall School and then graduated from Ramsey High School and Vanderbilt University. She now resides in Ho-Ho-Kus with her husband, Ryan, and her two small daughters. When not serving her buyers and sellers, Kristin serves the local community with her numerous volunteer positions as the Past President of the Contemporary Club of Ho-Ho-Kus, and an active member of the Valley Hospital Auxiliary. She is a past member and committee chair of Ridgewood Newcomers as well as the Junior League of Bergen County. She is an active member at Ridgewood Country Club and a parishioner at St. Gabriels Church.
